How the times have changed and how they have remained the same!

Allow me to explain this seemingly contradictory statement to you.

When we started out, over six decades ago, our reach was limited by geography. Options were constrained by imagination. Capital was not easy to come by. And, we had no technology to help us in any manner.

Today, the scenario is seemingly different.

The market has grown exponentially. No longer limited to a city or a country, we now consider the world as our stage.

New categories have emerged. Possibilities have multiplied. Access to capital has become easier than ever before.

Technology has levelled the playing field for all.

However, all these tumultuous changes have not affected some basic principles.

Understanding the client’s needs and expectations, for one, and delivering upon them.

Ensuring transparency all around.

Being passionate about the business.

And, lastly, encouraging new ideas.

As we move on, growing our business, expanding into new areas, it is these principles that continue to guide us.
